Nice 159 series and yet another variation on the tracker cleaner.  I wish they'd do that yellow Okayama 115 set in the older Cafe au Lait livery.

The new E5 and E6 is interesting, but I wouldn't change my fleet just for one new marking...

Nice to see Tomix finally delve into making modern Taki's for so long this has been the domain of Kato, I look forward to adding some to my fleet.

 

ps: After looking closer at the photo of the rake of Taki's I noticed that the end one has tail lights, are we getting another wagon fitted with them and additional car numbers, if so I will surely be picking some of these up as well as some Kato Taki's to renumber when I am in Japan in April.

Hmm, Railway Collection 24 looks like it'll be another JNR styled one, but this time with classic AC and AC/DC units.

The fukuram will be interesting. It has 2 axle bogies under every section, so the articulation is very complex on the prototype.

Just checked the Tomix site the Taki 1000's will be coming out in two versions, one with tail lights and the other one without, this will certainly be a great way to expand on my fleet, looks like I am the only person getting excited about freight releases.

They are Nj and/or H0j scale. (maybe H0jn3?) We will see when they arrive.

Huh? But it says 16.5mm, so regular Japanese H0.

Seems to be a dual release. H0 and N gauge.
