Some more rare machines. The Sega one is their only computer. It was similar hardware to the SG-3000 games console, which the Master System is almost the same as. It would probably have done better if it could play SG-3000 games, but it was incompatible.

This is the most expensive floppy disk I've ever seen. From what I can tell it's a completely normal 90mm (3.5") disk, double density. I guess it's the guaranteed compatibility with Yamaha music gear or something.

Been looking for a Tron laserdisc with the Japanese cover. Found one with the English one but that's no good.

Because they can't really test these discs (they are analogue and visual inspection doesn't reveal all faults, so the only way to check they work is to watch the whole thing) they are sold as junk for 110 yen.

Nice pocket calculator with all the accessories. Unfortunately this is a "run only" one, you can't create your own programs on it which is why there is no keyboard. You write the programs on one with a keyboard, in BASIC or a C-like language, and then save them to little tapes. Other people can then run the programs on these things, with a printer.

They were popular before laptops became practical. You could have apps for specific industries.

Some nice MSX stuff. A Yamaha sound card, and a slot expander. The MSX specification says each machine must have two slots (the idea was one for the application and one for a kanji ROM or disk drive interface or something), but sometimes people needed more.

A very rare PC-6001, in original box. It was an 8 bit machine.

Some X68000s too. The cheaper one was a bit of a mess at the back, someone had tried to replace the power supply. The power supply often dies on them. It's one of the original models, all the later ones were black. I wanted it because I really want a "twin tower" model, but I already have a Compact Red Zone...

They had a lot of really nice retro computers.

Also the "trance vibrator". There was a game called Rez released on the Dreamcast that made extensive use of the rumble pack to enhance the game, with the vibration timed to the music and action. At he time the PS2 didn't have vibration features so they released a separate rumble pack for it... Called the "vibrator"... That you were supposed to sit on. I kid you not.
