Kiha66
I somehow found the one store that wasn't sold out of the tomytec 103 series roll sign for the keihin tohoku line! I've been wanting one of these for a while, I love how it looks lit up at night. I hope tomytec will release some more of these eventually, I'd love to get some for other lines. The lighting is a lot more even than the picture makes it seem. 9 Link to comment

nah00
An order showed from Nariichi-san from MTP, my Echigo TOKImeki ET-127 (which I was lucky to be able to get), the six car add-on set for my E7 (it's only taken 3 years for me to finally finish the train), a light set for the add-on set, some farmers and factory workers and another Koki because Kokis. Also got this neat little keychain/charm of the Ichitsuki Limited Express, love the little extras you get from MTP. Finally with the ET-127...can someone tell me what the parts in the third picture are used for...? Can't for the life of me figure it out. I know it's something to do with couplers but I can't see how. 5 Link to comment
Suica
I found a Modemo Enoden 300 series for very little money. Nothing I've specifically been looking for, but who could pass a deal? 8 Link to comment

I thought it was this one: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10312022 But anyhow like Paul said any train for 6000 yen can't be worthy of complains, especially when it is 6 car long! :P Link to comment

locidm
Tomix E233 camera car arrived. Hopefully I can find time to make it work. I'm in US and was able to download the app from the App Store no problem. The box does say "use only in Japan". See how it goes! 8 Link to comment

trainhoarder
Well I've gone and ordered my first Japanese N Gauge train- a Tomix 0 Shinkansen from Hobbysearch. I used registered SAL so I'll hopefully see it in the next month or so. It does give me some more time to source some more unitrack however. 10 Link to comment

serotta1972
It will be really easy to live up to your name with Japanese trains with so many different types, companies, regions and eras. 2 Link to comment

keiichi77
My pre order of Kiha40 in Hokkaido paint finally arrived. Of course I had to add a few Koki to the order and some level crossing track. 7 Link to comment
railsquid
I suppose it would have been rude to visit the Tokyo Metro Museum and not leave without acquiring a model of one of the exhibits. tokyo-chika-tetsudo-1000 by Rail Squid, on Flickr 11 Link to comment
railsquid
Nice. Can it be motorized? Yup, bog-standard Tomytec, though you'd have to fix the bogie youself. Edited July 8, 2017 by railsquid Link to comment
