miyakoji
While looking for video of the retired Takayama Line KIHA40s on their way to Myanmar, I found these two videos of these two unique locos down at JR Central Kasadera, on the Meirin, and lastly at Oe Pier These were built by Nippon Sharyo for Baosteel. Is most/all track in China 1435mm? These appear to be on temporary trucks here. Date was June 26th. Do you have to hang out the window to drive them? kvp
They seems to be remote control/shunter control locomotives, so the windscreens are the small windows at the entry ways near the track level. That's where the shunter can stand and drive them manually. Actually i've seen an old photo of an F7B unit with remote control equipment that was used in a similar way. Link to comment
HantuBlauLOL
Ah this one, saw someone posted these 2 locos being pulled by JRF's DE10. Link to comment
