Yap received the Postal notice on New Year's Eve, so gonna collect (and pay taxes) today... Good buy on the Kato Automatic crossing! Hope to see some videos of it in action on your layout~ Three days in customs are nothing. Here it takes at least two weeks or sometimes even a month! Luckily Densha, the postal notice came in on New Year's Eve... I would spurge even more if i had to wait a month for it! You know, hobby trains are like drugs, and i'm suffering from drug deprivation and withdrawal symptoms now... Need my dose of trains! Just came in and oh my I actually took photos of them after getting them out of the box. Greenmax Tokyu-INN old style Greenmax Tokyu-INN new style Tomytec BM-03 x2 (bus motors) Sarah Brennan-Dunn Nice purchase on the Tokyu-INN Sarah! Optional stickers No. 1 to 6. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10238610 Any idea what they are for? Can't wait for them to arrive! Link to comment
Darklighter
It's Toyoko (not Tokyu) Inn. ;) Link to comment
linkey
The Optional stickers are to replace the signage of the inn, mostly you can give it a different location of where the Inn is from, Thanks Darklighter to the correct Inn name. Here is the weblink to the actual Toyoko-Inn: http://www.toyoko-inn.com/eng/ Link to comment

In fact, all of them are good buys! I'm guessing, Yahoo Auctions? Tomytec moving bus roads, my plan is to have buses doing a loop around the suburb. Nice ~ I'm having the moving bus system on the inside of my layout, as i have a basic large oval running on the outside. Intent to place in the moving bus junction too when it comes in but that's another thread ~~ Next post if what came in (or rather, what i collected) yesterday! Link to comment
JR 500系
So finally received my Customs letter from the Post, and proceed to collect it yesterday... Sadly i had to pay like US$34 for Tax for what we call GST (Goods & Service Taxes)... The first time i encounter this but oh well, the contents inside made me happy! Enjoy the pictures! So... Now that i have the E5, the next to get will be the E6? Can't wait to install interior lights and try run them this weekend! 2 Link to comment

Guest keio6000
So, I'm going to regret this, but I have to make a two day trip to the USA next week (I just found out now). Chicago, no less, in winter for a day and then NY for a day. I've always wanted an Acela, so found a bachmann / spectrum acela set on ebay and am having it shipped to my hotel. My few experiences with non-japanese models have left me sober and grateful--I think i have a few odds and ends of british n gauge in my collection. So, I'm not expecting much from the acela, but it will be an acela. It also comes with some dcc controller and a bit of track, so I may even be able to set it up in the hotel, though realistically i wont have time. I wonder what i'll do with the controller - i dont need or want it at all. 2 Link to comment

Martijn Meerts
Ordered a Kato power pack for future use with the T-Trak modules (only 1 for will get another one at a later time probably) as well as a turnout and switch to operate it. Mainly for testing to see how it fits on the T-Trak stuff. Also ordered some more servo's (they were finally in stock again ;)) and some decoders. And finally, pre-ordered the Piko 'Hondekop', a Dutch train that I used to ride a lot, so yeah ;) I also ordered some more parrot food, but that's not exactly N-scale.. Nor train related for that matter :D Link to comment
Densha
And finally, pre-ordered the Piko 'Hondekop', a Dutch train that I used to ride a lot, so yeah ;) Even though you said you wouldn't! But they sure were nice at Eurospoor... Link to comment
Martijn Meerts
Even though you said you wouldn't! But they sure were nice at Eurospoor... I know ;) I pre-ordered the new one though, that one doesn't have the grey stripe on the front near the lights. I always thought that looked a bit off. It's a shame it's only a 2 part train though, and I doubt they'll ever be doing add-on cars for it. Link to comment
Densha
I have an H0 Lima Hondekop, but it derails and is noisy and... well you know. It's 4 cars but I can't couple the middle cars because the coupler is different.... :S Link to comment
