Double delivery from Nippon Sharyo- Tokyo Metro, Kanarin

Yesterday. Combined delivery of a Tokyo Metro 1000 series for the Ginza Line and a DD60 diesel locomotive for the Kanagawa Rinkai Railway.

No, it's a new build.  Third in the series, there are two others in use, nos. DD601 and DD602, built in 2005 and 2006, respectively.

Oh really. I didn't really do any research so I thought these were locos from the 70s or something judging by its looks.
