railsquid
It's amazing what you can do with disposable eating utensils and some basic tools, as many of my enemies have found out to their cost. Meanwhile a random clip as I learnt of a video editor which works on Linux ( https://shotcut.org/ ) as well as the usual platforms, and gave it a quick tryout: 3 2 Link to comment
railsquid
Problem: Tomix does not make 243mm radius tram track. tram-route-curve-2021-10-16_01 by Rail Squid, on Flickr Solution: DIY. tram-route-curve-2021-10-16_02 by Rail Squid, on Flickr tram-route-curve-2021-10-16_03 by Rail Squid, on Flickr tram-route-curve-2021-10-16_05 by Rail Squid, on Flickr tram-route-curve-2021-10-16_04 by Rail Squid, on Flickr Not perfect, but will do. Track inlay to follow. I imagine it might be possible to use a cutter or even try 3d printing for a better fit, but that will have to wait. Base for the next section laid out as well, which will finally enable container trucks to exit the yard and relieve the increasingly strained supply situation. container-yard-exit-2021-10-16_01 by Rail Squid, on Flickr 4 Link to comment

railsquid
The combination of 5mm and 1mm also works quite well, as can be seen here (1mm layer on top): tram-route-left-end-2021-10-17_01 by Rail Squid, on Flickr Seems the road crew missed a section, which is generating complaints. 2 1 Link to comment
