I recently received a Tenshodo C62-2, and I can not read Japanese and I do know how to go about translating the instruction manuals for it. Any one know what to do?

Do you have a smartphone? You could use an app called "photo translator". Just take a pic of it, and the app will do it for you.

no, I don't. I had a friend try that, and it didn't translate well..

The reviews for that one are horrible. Are you aware of any other similar apps?

I find computer and smart phone translation programs don't usually do a very good job translating railway terminology and jargon.

I found the iPad version of the Google Translate app will do Japanese to English from camera scans.  The result is almost unintelligible, but it is translated.  :)
