shadowtiger25
I recently received a Tenshodo C62-2, and I can not read Japanese and I do know how to go about translating the instruction manuals for it. Any one know what to do? Link to comment
HantuBlauLOL
Do you have a smartphone? You could use an app called "photo translator". Just take a pic of it, and the app will do it for you. Link to comment

SantaFe1970
Please. If anyone could recommend an iPhone app that does a decent job of translating an image of Japanese text into English, I would be most grateful. Link to comment
HantuBlauLOL
The pre-installed Bing on my Lumia works very well, hmm.. Well, my bad. It's not the name of the app, but the function.. Link to comment
Ken Ford
It's a Bing product? That helps - I'll search the Apple App Store. This is an eternal problem for me... Link to comment

westfalen
I find computer and smart phone translation programs don't usually do a very good job translating railway terminology and jargon. Link to comment
HantuBlauLOL
Yeah, at least they translated it into something that has a close meaning of that word.. Link to comment
Ken Ford
I found the iPad version of the Google Translate app will do Japanese to English from camera scans. The result is almost unintelligible, but it is translated. :) Link to comment
