485系「華」Salon Train 清流号 event train ~

[JR 500系]

This video shows the 485 Series Salon Train 'Hana', the purple elegant 6-car salon train running from Hajima (拝島) to Kawasaki (川崎), with a service name as 'Sei Ryu -Go' (清流号) as an event train:

So it is really possible to get on the Hana, or any other salon trains like the Yamanami, Seseragi, Zipangu, through reservations?
