Sacto1985 Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 YouTube user YURIAloveSKE48 (interesting user name here!) filmed probably the best zenmen tenbou video of the JR West shin-kaisoku (新快速) service from Osaka to Banshū-Akō Stations: Because this train makes very few stops, the trains--a 223 Series EMU--can travel as fast as 130 km/h (81 mph) traveling on the JR West Kobe Line, among the fastest commuter trains in Japan.
