Here is a two-part cab view video of the Ibara Railway Ibara Line from Sōja Station to Fukuyama Station:

Note the very high quality of the right of way, complete with raised and elevated tracks and wide spacing of the right of way itself. The Ibara Line started construction under JNR auspices in 1966, but was not opened to passenger traffic until 1999. (That does explain why the train's ATS warning alarms are exactly the same as those on then-JNR and now JR Group trains.) The passenger train is an IRT 355, which is more or less derived from a KiHa 120.
