Banzi Hobbies

I am thinking about ordering some HO scale Kato Japanese prototype models from Banzi Hobbies (Yokohama, Japan). Have any of you used this vendor before? What was your exerience? Are they reliable? Any help would be most apreciated.

I've used Banzai Hobby before, but not for a couple of years now. They are pleasant to talk to (email) and I found them to be a little cheaper than Hobbysearch. They were flexible with postage so I always worked with them to divide orders so that everything could be sent Small Packet SAL. The main disadvantage I found was that they were out of stock on most of the things I wanted (although those things were listed on their web site). I would, therefore, first email them to ask about the availability of a bunch of items I wanted. They would usually reply to say they had passed that request onto their "warehouse" and then, typically a few days later, they would get back to me. Once or twice I never did get that reply so no business was done.
