westfalen Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 On Thursday evening the Sea Princess and Queen Mary 2 departed Brisbane within a half hour of each other. The Australian Railway Historical Society hired a cruise boat to go out into Moreton Bay to watch them leave. The Queen Mary 2 was tied up at the Fisherman Islands grain terminal because that's the only place big enough and it wouldn't fit under the Gateway Bridge further upstream. 1 Link to comment

I like to host my wedding reception on a ship. my first reaction was wow thats going to be quite a reception with the QE2 or Sea Princess for the venue! then realized you were talking about the tour boat...
