I can't find any additional info re. the builder of this layout. I like how even the point levers are modeled, something often overlooked in N scale. *it appears the poster of the video is the builder, 1500masa. According to a blog profile, the builder has been in the hobby more than 3 years but less than 10. Pretty darn good skills, I'd say. Link to comment
