Startin' to miss that guy. At least the GOP didn't try to crash the country into the buffers when one of their own was in the commander's seat.

At least he was real, there's nothing I like worse than a politician who comes on with scripted answers to questions and doesn't deviate from the script no matter what.

 

Same as some Queenslanders miss our old Premier Joh Bjeke-Peterson who used to say things like this.

 

"Don't you worry about that, you're all communists and north is south as the crow flies and if you don't watch yourselves you'll be up a dry gully in a creek without a paddle".

 

He may or may not have been as crooked as a dog's hind leg but he was fun to listen to.
