More usual 185 series Home Liner Konosu.

Notice the number 4971M for the in transit OOS is different from the 3971M on the Home Liner Konosu.

Those 485 series seem to be regularly used on the Home Liner Konosu #3 service.  Was this a 12 car consist?  It seems the front is a K1(or K2?) consist while the back is a T18 consist, judging by the differing upper headlights. Beautiful trains.

It appears to be a 6 car consist w/different headlights on each end.  See this video at 0:47, somewhere near Ueno, also 2:24:

BukkuriBahn,

Thank you for the clarification on the model, it's not easy to find out the info in English. Sorry, I didn't shoot all of the train as it passed by, but these two photos might help.

The first two scenes are taken on the small bridge south of Nippori Station. You are looking towards Uguisudani Station and the green patch on the right is part of a cemetery and on the left you can almost see the Keisei Line supports. It crosses the JR East tracks just a bit further back.

Best wishes,

Grant
