Containers by ACI toys

just ran across these from 7toys7 on ebay (they have a lot of individual tomytec vehicles and reasonable shipping). they have sets of 10 containers from a company called ACI toys that are 1/150 scale and have an opening doors on one end. interesting! they have sets of 20' and 40' ers at around $8-9 ea shipped (lot of 10x for the 20'ers and 8x sets for the 40'ers) not cheap but a few new companies if your container lot needs diversifying!

you can get them either new or weathered it appears. weathering is $1 more.

looks to be mainly 1/6th military figure clothing stuff and a few other military odds and ends. containers seem big right now with tomytec releasing individual truck sets and the container lifters next year.

 

not shown up on hobbysearch or hobbyworld or plazajapan yet...

These look really nice! Unfortunately, the detailed undersides likely means that they won't fit on KOKI container cars… :(

but just a little dremeling of some slots for the container clips and they may work fine. one is coming so ill see what can be done. like the fact you could have a door open on a loading/sorting dock. want to have a transfer facility with 20' and 40' isos on one side and 12' and 15' locals on the other side.
