Bachmann Dynamis Help

My Dynamis is starting to play games with me, i dont use it offen, i usually use my Hornby analog for my layout(it is not all DCC yet), it simply does not code the decoder , the loco on the track does flash lights but does not give these small jumps that it use to do when being decoded, and non of my DCC loco runs , the lights flashes when tryed to change address thats it .

 

Does anybody have some  experience with the Dynamis and/or have any ideas what could be wrong, for some reason i have the feeling that im doing something wrong because i dont use it offen enough to remember how i works fully.
