These seem to be aimed at amusement parks.  The 762mm gauge (30 inches) is interesting. I originally the page was Japanese, but on further review it appears to be Chinese.

Very interesting! The "Antique steam train landscape" loco appears to be a restored C2 0-8-0. The "Antique steam locomotive sightseeing" is obviously based on the C2, but the specification also offers a 600mm/24'gauge option.
