Music and Pictures on late night NHK.

NKH Channel One often broadcasts a filler Music and Pictures from about 2:30 to 4:00 in the morning, after the last program ends and until regular programming resumes. Sometimes, they have a train theme. Years ago, they had some English train runs, one to a sea side town. Recently they have one of Japanese trains with 70s and 80s Western Pop music. There is also a black and white piece on Japanese SLs, but I think without background music. Does NHK sell these as DVDs?

Also last year, Terebi Tokyo, (Channel 12) broadcast a series of programs about modeling trains. One portion would have a modeler making a specific train and a lady pointing out a good spot to take photos and a close up of a train. Was this ever sold as a DVD? I never caught the beginning so neglected to record it. It was followed up the next season by a program on airliners.
