I came across these structures while searching for something non-modeling related. There is a variety of eras covered, both modern and traditional.  Models are described as "2-color kit made of solid-colored polystyrene panels, precisely CNC milled, including transparent panes and various accessories. About the business

As an architectural model maker , we have been producing exclusively one-off models for many years. We can now also offer railway model makers modern, contemporary buildings as kits that were previously not available for the hobby sector.

Our range now includes well over 1,500 architectural kits.

In 2010, we added building materials and milled polystyrene profiles to our program for creative self-builders.

The kits are planned based on real models. We also used our many years of planning work as architects and interior designers   to implement our own designs for model kits . We attach great importance to scale. Buildings in the larger scales H0, Gauge 1 and Gauge G are occasionally reduced in size slightly due to the considerable space required.

The kits are manufactured on CNC-controlled milling and cutting plotters as well as a laser cutting plotter. The high precision achieved here guarantees a very good fit. Similar to etched metal parts, the components are cut out of the milled plates and assembled. As a base material, we use solid-colored polystyrene panels of various thicknesses, which are manufactured for us in Germany for outdoor use with the addition of UV stabilizer. Another material we use is waterproof glued birch and beech plywood.

We manufacture all components in our own workshop and prefer to source additional parts from German manufacturers. Despite quality control, we cannot rule out the possibility that a faulty kit will be delivered.

A quick call, letter or fax is enough and we will deliver the missing or defective component as quickly as possible. Our proximity to the customer and our interest in satisfied customers makes this service possible. The work planning of our kits is carried out using modern CAD drawing programs. We welcome suggestions, criticism and proposals for new kits.

In addition to direct sales and sales at trade fairs and exhibitions, we also supply selected specialist retailers at home and abroad.

Excellent find Bill! Decent prices except for shipping, but that can’t really be helped these days. Interesting details not see much elsewhere. Smaller kits and details do ship at the €7 level.

I too have flagged Leutke for future considerations. I really like the look of the city fitness center, but the footprint is quite wide, and I'm not sure I want to devote that much real estate to one building yet. The detail parts also give me some inspiration.
