Hi all,

I'm near Newcastle in NSW, Australia.

I am working on a 12.5m long x 0.9m Japanese layout which I have named Mt Foo-Gee

It has two double track, a high level and a low level...a smaller tram track,  LOTS of temple.. and of course...

... "Mt Foo-Gee",  a small volcanic peak which I will put a smoke unit under at some stage.

Couple of videos (very noisy sound !)

Here some early stage pictures

Andy,

wow that definitely a shinkensen layout! Nice long runs. I like how you wandered the lines a little and it’s not one long straightaway. Makes the trains do an interesting moves for the eyes after a long run. Do you have any 16 car shinkansens yet?

thanks for posting this, looking forward to its growth.

cheers

jeff

Starting to work on the "city" area of the layout.

Have posted some of the buildings I have been making, in the Structures section of the forum.

These two pics are of the start of the station building.. nothing glued in place yet, though.
