DCC pacing projects?

My club runs t-trak layouts large enough to have multiple trains on the inner and outer loops.  Speed control is a pain though, does anyone know of a project that would track the frequency of an address entering a segment and adjusting the speed in an attempt to equalize speed up multiple trains in the moment.   Can't use a speed table as we have members from other clubs too.
