Owner  Setsuo Mochimoto started construction at his Osaka area home in the 1990s.  Track was completed on May 5, 1998. A 75m loop ran around the house inside a six foot wall.

In 2001 a special plot of land was purchased and the Nanzan Line was built and opened August 2001. The line is open to the public on first Sunday of every month (with reservations as of 2023). Private driving events are held twice a month (limited capacity).
