Hi guys, its my second post for today! Today i wanna ask: "When was first service from Yoyogi-Uehara to Toride (via Joban Line). I didnt find a question in Wikipedia, so i decided to ask this question in the forum. I havent ride on Joban Local Line,  sadly, but i rode on Chiyoda Line.

If I understand correctly, you are asking about the history of this line and the connection?  If so, run-through operations between the Chiyoda Line and the Joban Line (local service) began on April 20, 1971.  Back then the operating companies were Eidan (now Tokyo Metro) and JNR (now JR East).
