I didnt find a question in Wikipedia, so i decided to ask this question in the forum. If so, run-through operations between the Chiyoda Line and the Joban Line (local service) began on April 20, 1971. Back then the operating companies were Eidan (now Tokyo Metro) and JNR (now JR East). Link to comment
