Member color grouping and forum staff

Did you ever look at the list of people logged in now or the list of those logged in today and wondered what the color differences were all about in the lists?

 

Take a look at this picture:

 

You can see here that there are several different colors. They are:

Administrator - This is myself, Bernard, CaptOblivious and Martijn. We run the forum, do all the nitty gritty stuff with the software and hosting etc....

Moderators - This is disturbman, Shashinka and alpineaustralia. Moderators are here to ask questions about the forum, take a view as to when things might be inappropriately posted, either in the wrong place or inappropriate language

Tetsudo Staff - You may have seen the call for Articles for the forthcoming Tetsudo magazine being produced by the forum. This is on hold now until 2010 but the members involved are shown in Green.

Members - Members who have posted more than 10 posts are shown in maroon.

New Members - Members who have posted less than 10 posts are shown in black

 

Another way to contact a member of the moderator, admin or tetsudo staff is to do so via the Staff List option on the top menu. You will see a list much like that shown below.
