A couple of videos from the JRF Hiroshima train festival on October 25, 2009.

A good video.  Crowd appears a bit smaller than the shinkansen open house- good conditions for the photographer.  What's nice in this video is that you can see the underside of the EF66 without the trucks.  I learned that the EF66 trucks lack a center pin attachment to the loco underframe.  They are merely attached through the springs and the bolster anchors.  Perhaps the layout is something like this:
