I would try emailing HS, can't hurt. They can sometimes order parts even if they don't show in stock of for items you didn't even order there. Keep in mind though I have ordered more than a fair bit from them so your mileage may vary but I was able to get instruction for the old Odoriko 8-car set that I didn't even buy off of them from them. Kato pretty much always has these parts in stock/production, HS just doesn't stock them since for their main client base (Japan) they can just buy these at any decent sized hobby shop or get them direct from Kato.

The pantographs on the 0 series seem to be especially fragile, mine is missing three!  Now I don't even bother raising them, but I'd like to replace the missing/broken ones.  Let me know if you manage to find them!

An alternative is to use the Tomix version. Size may be slightly different but at more than 3 feet you don't notice.
