The use depends on if it's operational or gutted. My guess is that it was retired as operational and sold as is, but i can't find any info about this. I would really prefer if it was preserved in running condition. (especially that Fujikyu didn't plan to keep it around just for fun or as a decorative piece at a station)

Isn't that Gakunan instead of Fujikyū? I bet Ōigawa would have had some interest, if they didn't had an oversupply of locomotives already.
