Nankai Semboku Liner - Namba to Izumi-Chuo

Interlining between Nankai and Semboku is not new, they've got a few locals, semi-expresses, and sub-expresses per hour on weekdays, but this is a surcharge service that offers all reserved seating (and I think the only transverse seating) and takes a few minutes off of other services--2 less than sectional express, 5 less than semi-express, and 20 less than local.  Service started December 5th.  You know, we don't talk about Kansai private lines enough :)

They're using the 11000 series used on the Koya Line "Rinkan" ltd expresses. 7 up and 6 down services on weekdays, and 8 up and 8 down services on weekends and holidays.
