ToniBabelony
Excellent work! This should be featured in a magazine! Maybe it's a good idea to share it in a Japanese model train facebook group. Link to comment
Sir Madog
I have just clicked my way through the pictures of this stunning micro layout and my lower jaw dropped south when I saw the amount of love that went into detailing it. Now I´ve got to see a doctor because I can´t get it up again! :notworthy: Link to comment

This is one of the most active groups around now: https://www.facebook.com/groups/trainmodel/ I think you don't need to worry about English, as the pictures will tell enough. ;) 1 Link to comment
enodenlover
An absolutely gorgeous layout, valkyriepm, and it really should be showcased in a model railway magazine. 1 Link to comment
NXCALE
Very impressive, you should also make some videos to put them in the "inspirational layouts" section. Cheers, 2 Link to comment

Eurostar25
Looks really good, sometimes weathering can be over the top but this has captured the weathered in service effect well. Link to comment
valkyriepm
Hi guys! This baby is finished! Tried to take some pictures yesterday but the light didn't helped, so I have to take some better ones. In the meanwhile, this are the ones that are acceptable at least. When I get the better ones I'll post them. And, I would really like to thank all of you guys for the guidance and encouragement on making this layout. All your works are inspiring and helpful and I hope this could be as inspiring for others as yours for me. Martin (aggghhhhh have to design a new one! this is addicting :)) 18 Link to comment

JR 500系
Amazing piece of work! That weathering... superb! Those overhead wires are amazing too, really adds to the feel of the layout! Especially love that bus terminal with that driver ready for his next assignment! Can I just suggest one minor point to this already superb layout? Perhaps changing the bus to a Showa era bus would be most fitting to this~ :) Like the recent bus collection 20 http://www.tomytec.co.jp/diocolle/lineup/bus/buscolle20.html number 9, 10, 11 or 12 would be nice ~ Link to comment

The bus and the milk truck were the only things "out of time". As you pointed out, was watching those same buses. The number 10 to be precise can be painted as one of Niigata Kotsu with minor changes. Only thing is, is there any way of getting that bus alone? I can of course replace it later if found :) Martin Link to comment
JR 500系
Hi Martin, well I do have the number 124 of collection 11: http://www.tomytec.co.jp/diocolle/lineup/bus/buscolle11.html which is Niigata Kotsu, slightly more 'showa era'... or if you are quite good in painting, I think I have an empty unpainted 'showa era' bus which I can send to you... But I'm curious, what was that Niigata Kotsu bus that is in your layout now? Cant seem to find it in the regular roster... must be one of those 限定品 limited edition bus ~ :P 1 Link to comment

If you have an unpainted bus would be awesome! The Isuzu Elga is from this set http://www.tomytec.co.jp/diocolle/lineup/bus/bus_set002.html. Also have another on backorder from hlj and the upcoming set of the Moha 14 and Isuzu Elga set. I haven't find any other old models of Niigata Kotsu from Tomytec O_o Thank you so much! cteno4
Martin graciously wrote up an article on his fantastic Niigita Kotsu micro layout for the JRM website. I've added a lot of photo galleries as there are so many great details on the layout to stimulate folks! http://japanrailmodelers.org/pages/modelingjapan/niigatakotsu.html Enjoy!
