bikkuri bahn Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 BRITISH prime minister Mr David Cameron led the celebrations to mark the opening of the Hitachi's new £82m rail vehicle manufacturing facility at Newton Aycliffe in northeast England on September 3. {C} The factory will manufacture the new Intercity Express Programme (IEP) trains for the East Coast Main Line and Great Western Mainline as well as AT200 commuter trains for Scotland.
