For those of you like rare equipment, here's JR East's latest KIYA type, a long rail carrier numbered E195. The cab is similar to or the same as some of JR Central's work trains, but that gear behind the cab is odd. A diesel/generator? It and some new KOKI cars were transported from Nippon Sharyo's factory in Toyokawa, Aichi on October 31.
