Tobu Railway to introduce new limited express design

Didn't wanna start a new thread just for this, but is this the latest Tobu model, the 70000 series?

It looks REALLY new and looks much like the Odakyu 4000 series... in bright red and 7 cars long... interesting to have as a model!

As the destination is "Nakameguro", I'm guessing it's the new Tobu stock for the Hibiya line.

The new 70000 is nice, but what about the Tobu C11 visiting Aizu Wakamatsu last weekend? ^0^
