keiman
Didn't order it but bought at a local hobby store. I wish we had a hobby store that carried things like that -- nice find! I bought my Hobbytrain Tamping Machine like that , went in to look for grass mat £3.00 and spent £125 instead and still did not get the Grass mat. Link to comment
KATO74
Didn't order it but bought at a local hobby store. I had an eye on this model since some times but when I saw the other day that they had it, I just couldn't resist more than a few day before coming back and take it! :-D A mythic Swiss railcar: RBe 2/4 "Red Arrow" by Hobbytrain in a nice silver box. I didn't run it yet but god it looks gorgeous and finely detailed! RBe 2/4 Hobbytrain by loriskumo, on Flickr RBe 2/4 Hobbytrain by loriskumo, on Flickr These are on ebay £159 Link to comment
westfalen
Just picked up my Kato/Roundhouse Paleo Express from the post office, nice looking train as I rode it the second time in 2006 with the bonus of a C58 which otherwise isn't available at the moment. I wouldn't have minded the circa 1990 version when the loco had gold lining and dinosaur logo but the plain black C58 will do double duty on a steam era layout. Was it re-released, or did you find an older version? If it WAS re-released, does the new version still have the very visible wires running from loco to tender? =) It's a lovely set either way, runs nice too :) The set was re-released but the loco is still the old version with the two wires between the loco and tender but they don't seem that noticeable, the motor filling the cab is more obvious. I wish Kato would retool all their steam to the same standard as the new D51, C62 and 9600. Link to comment
Tecchan
Didn't order it but bought at a local hobby store. I wish we had a hobby store that carried things like that -- nice find! They don't have much in N but I must admit this was a good surprise! They also had the Zepiln, the helix propelled railcar. I think I'll go back someday! :-D These are on ebay £159 Good thing I bought it in the shop, I had it for less. :-p Link to comment
Claude_Dreyfus
A pair of YO 8000 brake vans are on their way from HS, whilst I have also just taken delivery of two H0 locos: an EF66-100 (Tomix) and a Kato DE10. Both rather nice... Sadly the MA KiHa E131 + E132 set has been delayed to late April...probably at the very earliest! Link to comment

Martijn Meerts
I'm sorely tempted to order the Kato Tuscan red GG1 .. I always did like that color scheme, and having seen a real GG1 now, I feel like I need one.. Which I don't really, considering they're not Japanese... Nor will they run on my father's layout ... Nor do I have any cars for it... But then, there's the Broadway Limited set of cars to go with it.. Which is a named train.. Which I sorta want to collect ... ... ... ARG! :) Link to comment

westfalen
Got the payment request for my Real Line D61 from HS. They combined it with my monthly pre-order for magazines and another order I put in a couple of days previously for a few sets of Kawai freight cars and some Tomytec bits and pieces, first time I've ever had them combine separate orders. Hopefully it may get here by next weekend depending on how slow Australia Post is. Link to comment
Nick_Burman
Good news...the postie went by today and left me a parcel fom HS... 3x Tomytec TM-03 chassis, 1x "Mule A", 1x PS17B pan, 2x PS13 pans. I was half-expecting the sanitary authorities to have confiscated the parcel because they detected radiation traces in it... The curious thing is that my Mule A arrived in a totally different package from my Mule B (which came in the original Tomytec "candy package") - much nicer, BTW. I wonder why did they change it? Cheers NB Link to comment
