IST
I was a little bit surprised that my order arrived today as I bought these items only 2 weeks ago from HS and the postage method was SAL. So, new record! 🙂          (Nothing special, just some items for my T-trak modul and a book case for my soundcards plus an E235 card.) 5 Link to comment
Das Steinkopf
A tiny little order from AmiAmi turned up today as my wife and daughters wanted some Rilakkuma plush keychains and I also got some Kato 23-020 Viaduct Piers for my son to use for his track. For me was the TM-08R to power one of the Kumaden 6000 Series and the JC25 TN’s to finish the fitting of my Greenmax 211-5000 Series LL Sets. I also got the Tokai Love Live Sunshine bus as my daughters are big fans of the game and I will be able to fit it in with the JR Tokai based layout when I get around to it, the small station was purchased as a parts donor for some stuff I’m working on. Kiha66
I really like the look of those cement hoppers, I keep meaning to get some but end up getting distracted every time I'm about to purchase one. 1 1 Link to comment

serotta1972
Neither ordered nor delivered but rather, I walked into Model Train Plus and bought them at Nariichi’s shop. It wasn’t until I saw the model that I really wanted to buy the E235, it kind of grown on me after riding and seeing it daily the past week. What an interesting concept and experience getting to examine and hold a model before purchasing. 😀 11 1 Link to comment

Welshbloke
I know about the second series, just haven't seen them for sale anywhere yet! The first batch were going for stupid sums last year, but sellers have become more sensible in recent weeks. Link to comment

Nicely done Junior! Bet Nariichi san is smiling together with you! The E235 is a SUPER set that I am glad to get hold of too ~  Now you need to get back to MTP to ask him for the E353 additional motor and light parts for that 3-car add-on set ~ 🙂 Link to comment
disturbman
So wish that my next trip to Asia was not to Jeju but just slightly south, so I can visit some model train stores... 1 Link to comment
GDorsett
One of the reasons I much prefer going into a shop than to order online, I like to talk to people. I go into the store for modeltrainstuff.com semi regularly and end up staying for most of the day just talking to people and trying to sell my custom works. Sure, I could order online and save me the gas money and the hassle of the freeways, but it's much more fun to go in and bother people. ModelTrainPlus is definitely on my hit list if I ever manage to get a trip together. 3 Link to comment

Welshbloke
Did look up the background. Danbo was/is a manga series about a couple of girls who make a robot outfit from boxes for a school event. The younger sister of one of them sees the costume and becomes convinced that Danbo is a real robot. Â The only snag in N is that the container heads are slightly overscale, or at least the pale brown version is. They clip solidly to Tomix KoKis but don't quite blend in. Link to comment
