Walking the complete circuit of the Yamanote Line is a popular activity. Apparently it takes 10 to 15 hours, depending on your pace.

I expected the program to be 72 hours long... I'm relieved it's not. :P

Reminds me of the Randen program a while back.  They concerntrated more on the people and places using and surrounding the Randen than the Randen itself.

Yeah this won't be technical, they'll just talk with various people. The only other episode of that I've seen was the one about the coin lockers in Kamagasaki, yikes it was depressing.

I've just see it, from the railfan point of view it give me nothing, the documentary does not speak of the line. It takes a look at life around the Yamanote Line, interesting for those who are also attracted by the social aspects
