YouTube member Japan Train Viewing posted a number of more recent zenmen tenbou videos of trains on various rail lines in Japan:

 

JR East Keiyo Line Rapid Service, Tokyo to Kazusa-Ichiomiya via the Keiyo Line and Sotobo Line from an E233-5000 Series EMU:

 

 

Seibu Chichibu Line local service, Hanno to Seibu-Chichibu Stations:

 

 

JR East Jōetsu Line, Minakami to Echigo-Yuzawa Stations through the 13,500 meter long Arashimizu Tunnel (note: this is a rear view video, though you can obviously see the large amount of snow on the ground after leaving the tunnel):

 

 

Hokuetsu Express, Hoku Hoku LIne from Echigo-Yuzawa to Naoetsu Stations in winter:

 

 

Note that this will be the primary train on this line now that the old Hakutaka limited express no longer runs between Kanazawa and Echigo-Yuzawa stations with the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen service.

 

(EDIT) I want to add another one: local service on the JR Central Gotemba Line from Kōzu to Numazu Stations, taken from a 313 Series EMU:
