"Yamadori" charter train, Takasaki to Takao Stations

YouTube member altaveen filmed this zenmen tenbou video of a trip on a Yamadori "Joyful Train" trainset (the trainset is actually a rebuilt JNR 485 Series EMU) on New Year's Day 2015 on a special charter trip from Takasaki to Takao Stations:

 

 

Note that after traveling the Takasaki Line to arrive at Omiya Station, the train takes a short cut using the Musashino Line, then merges with the Chūō Main Line just west of Nishi-Kokubunji Station before heading west to arrive at Takao Station.
