emkay_777
Hello All, I am helping a friend start a (Japanese) layout and want to design the Kato unitrack plan in CAD (Pro Engineer) simply because I know how to use it as opposed to the 'layout' CAD software out there. Are there any other people that have done anything like that, and, more importantly, have any (3D) CAD data that they could possibly share? Of course I can do it, but it just takes time to model the unitrack sections. Maybe I can model something you need as well - for example - see attached. Evan K Link to comment
Mudkip Orange
I used to design Unitrack layouts in AutoCAD (before I learned XtrakCAD, which is easier)... but all of my track templates were strictly 2d, a centerline and a track edge at 12.5mm offset from CL. Link to comment
