The axles are very close together, and I don't think they have a bogie yet that would work. Tomix does have bogies that have close axles (12mm), so that shouldn't be the issue. It's more the selling problem, as well that Kato also has this model out (as the Ginza line model), which makes it less attractive for Tomytec to create this model. Tomytec wants to re-use the mould for other models as well, so that leaves only the Ginza line version to manufacture next to the Kumaden version. Not very attractive financially seen.
