mrp
Wow - someone put some work into that! In case it’s useful, here’s a site I just stumbled across for a Japanese track planning app. It has a section with a ton of different Tomix and Kato track patterns for stations, sidings, etc: http://jw-cad.fukurail.gozaru.jp/pattern/ 1 Link to comment

bill937ca
You can find hundreds of wiring diagrams with a Google search by converting train wiring diagram to Japanese: https://www.google.ca/search?q=%E5%88%97%E8%BB%8A%E3%81%AE%E9%85%8D%E7%B7%9A%E5%9B%B3&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi19dDAna7QAhXk54MKHUTTBhEQ_AUICCgB&biw=1360&bih=638 Edited November 16, 2016 by bill937ca Link to comment
warnerj01
Why are track configurations called train wiring diagrams in Japan? Link to comment
ToniBabelony
In Japanese it's written as 配線図. This is mainly used for general electrical schematics, but also for railway track plans, most probably because they resemble the same visual approach (a simplified diagram of a pattern of lines). 1 Link to comment

bill937ca
Here is a web site I have stumbled across before. It includes wiring diagrams (Railroad construction · facility research library), congestion research (Rail congestion research library) and charted schedule diagrams (Railroad Diamond Research) laong with information on amusement park roller coasters and brass bands. His focus is mainly on the Kanto area including numerous JR lnes like the Yamanote, Chuo-Sobu, Sobu fast line, Shonan-Shinjuku, Tokaido Line and Keihin Tohoku - Negishi Line. You will also find lines of the major private railways, local private railways like Enoshima Electric Railway and Kanto region subways and Toden Arakawa line. http://okiraku-goraku.com/work/work.html 4 Link to comment

Includes JR, major private railways, some local private railways, subways, main depots and freight stations.
