Do Unitrack Girder Double Track Bridges sit flat on a layout?

If I just want to use on, on a tabletop, do they sit flat and what is the track spacing. I can't find one locally to look at, and I can't find the answer on katousa.

Nope. Bridges and viaducts have the track about 10mm higher than normal when placed on the flat.
