Microace locos: How to exchange couplers?

Hi guys,

 

As a question related to http://www.jnsforum.com/community/topic/9533-suitable-tn-knuckle-couplers-for-tomix-twilight-express-newer-release-and-hamanasu/ , I was having a look at the Microace ED79 which I'm planning to put at the head of the Hamanasu formation this morning, but cannot quite figure out how I should exchange the Rapido couplers for TN knuckle couplers. I suppose there'll be a proper way of doing this with Microace locomotives, so I'd appreciate any help!
