World's Steepest Metro?

It seems to be the world's steepest Metro! Look at that slanting platform! I wonder how it feels like to stand on it?

Lyon Metro Line C.

 

If you consider it a metro line (it's entirely subterranean) the Carmelit (Mt. Carmel funicular) in Haifa is even steeper.

Not sure if cable cars count, but the San Francisco cable cars "climb halfway to the stars"!  :-)  (sorry, I miss my old hometown)

Wow Richard the San Francisco trams are amazing! That is one epic climb!  

 

Just strange how the passengers would stand on the slopping platform... Wouldn't it cause a sort of hazard standing on a slope surface; I mean like falls and such?

Generally "standing" is discouraged, but there are handrails.  The cable cars do have seats facing outward.  Sometimes the cars get quite crowded, but I don't recall feeling ill at ease while standing - then again, I usually tried to get a seat.
