adding images to a post

When posting a reply, am I supposed to see the attachment options below the text box?  I was trying to post a picture of my coffee mug in the railway novelty goods thread, it took me about 10 minutes to click through to Preview Post, then I could add images.  I can't find any settings for the text editor, did I change some settings somewhere?

The quick post function doe not have any picture functions.  Click the "More Option" button.

 

Then attach a picture.  It will be a thumbnail like you have done so in your post.  But right next to any picture you download, you can hit the "add to post" buttom.  Still comes out as a thumbnail size picture though.

Also, you can open the picture from the preview, copy its url and post it as an external picture, which will make it full size, while still being stored on the jns server. You can also take pictures from other posts too.
