Oito line partially closed due to earthquake damage

On the offchance anyone's planning to travel in the Nagano area, following yesterday's earthquake the Ōito Line is suspended between Shinano Ohmachi and Minami-Otani; special express trains (tokkyu) are also suspended on the Shinonoi Line.
