Being picky, Rapido is a Canadian manufacturer :) The Pendolino is also Rapido model, but Revolution has the exclusive right to sell it into the UK and Europe. Rapido sells it everywhere else.

 

Rapido does actually have a very small quantity left. We originally set them aside for warranty purposes but as the number of warranty issues has been very small we have decided to sell some of them. If you're interested you can drop us a line at http://rapidotrains.com/contact-us/

Sad considering how well the Pendolino did but money is money, if they haven’t reached the target then they could loose a lot putting it to market and it doesn’t sell. It just puts the rest of their projects in jeopardy. 🙁
